We do allow refunds on custom design payments as a courtesy to our clients. However, all refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of our management team.
New design customers are covered under a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the delivered work, you may request a full refund within this period.
If a client feels the service doesn’t meet expectations, we can initiate a refund. Once approved, refunds are processed within up to 30 working days and will be returned either as account credits or through a direct bank deposit.
All refunds are issued only to the original buyer and will be returned to the same payment source used during the initial transaction.
Please note that fees for Domain Registration, Domain Transfers, and all HOSTING-related services are non-refundable, as these services are fulfilled by third-party global providers.
All newly purchased domain names are considered final sales. While you maintain full ownership and have the right to transfer your domain at any time, refunds for domains are not allowed by the domain registrars involved.
